When will my Order Ship?

DUE TO COVID-19, ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINES MAY GET SLIGHTLY DELAYED.

Normally all cosmetic orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow at least 1 to 3 business days for processing. Processing & shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or for any non-business days.

How Long do I have to Initiate an Order Refund?

Because of the accessible-priced nature of our beauty and cosmetic products, SahCos is unable to offer returns or exchanges. All of the products sales are final. We want to keep our beauty and cosmetic products affordable for everyone, and this helps us do that!

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, then we are unable to cancel or change your order.

Do you test your Cosmetics Products on Animals?

SahCos is really proud to be a 100 percent cruelty-free brand. We are fully committed to providing buyers with products that are unsurpassed in safety & quality, and adhering to all legal requirements wherever we do business. We do not test any products or ingredients on the animals, nor do we ask others to test on our behalf.

What if my order or package has missing, wrong or damaged items?

We are extremely sorry that you had issues with your order & will do our best to make it right.

Note that all international customers are eligible for a refund. Domestic customers may be eligible for a replacement.

All damaged or missing or wrong items must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Keep this thing in mind, that items shipped with a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacements of any kind.

If you purchased your item/product at a retailer, please check with the retailer on issues with your order.
